I contacted Infinity Texas Air to have them come in and conduct a third party inspection on our new build home heating and cooling system. Our appointment was scheduled for 21 February. Ray was the dispatched technician. We received timely, advanced notification that he was on his way. Raymond arrived on time and was very detailed in his explanation of what was about to occur. He then asked a number of questions regarding the system and if there were any additional concerns of ours ie. since it was winter time, one of our concerns was that multiple bedrooms were noticeably warmer than the living room during heating.

Raymond conduct his inspection, recommended appropriate measures to take, and provided a digital summary, sent via email, of our discussion and his findings. I got the feeling that Ray was truly concerned for the well being and longevity of our system. Truly a top notch dude who cares about the quality of his work! Thanks to Infinity Texas Air and Ray for a job well done.

Raymond installed my system and has maintained it w/ each yrs tech service. I personally request him each visit. Great personality while still being very professional. Will answer all questions concerning the system.

Always thorough, and reasonably priced. I like their service plans they offer to keep system maintained year round. Just learning about all the upgraded plans today and will probably upgrade from the standard. Always professional when here and have used them for past 3 years now.
