Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced plumber who is confident in the field and skilled at presenting repair options, selling value, and delivering a top-tier customer experience. The ideal candidate is a service professional who knows how to diagnose, communicate clearly, and close solutions that genuinely help homeowners.

What You’ll Do as a Plumber:

• Perform residential plumbing service calls, inspections, and diagnostics
• Present repair and replacement options in a clear, confident, customer-friendly manner
• Generate sales through trust-based, needs-focused conversations
• Complete repairs, installations, and maintenance according to code and company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and company vehicle
• Document work performed, recommendations, and pricing in ServiceTitan (or similar CRM)
• Follow all safety protocols and represent the company with professionalism

What We’re Looking For in our next Plumber:

• Plumbing license preferred (Tradesman, Journeyman, or higher)
• Strong sales ability — must be able to communicate value and close options
• Experience as a selling tech or in-home service professional
• Solid understanding of residential plumbing systems
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to pass background check and drug screen

What you will do as our HVAC Technician:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems
• Communicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and options
• Provide top-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Complete work orders using ServiceTitan (training provided if needed)
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a professional appearance

Requirements for our HVAC Technicians:

• 4+ years of residential HVAC experience (required)
• Lead HVAC Experience required
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software (a plus)
• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and help with team call-backs
• A positive, humble attitude and a desire to grow in the trade
